Given some of the questions related to water, I wanted to provide some clarification.

1. Water does not constitute a trash item.

2. We are clarifying with FIRST if an item in waste water, water going for waste treatment, that is not human or animal excrement falls under the waste water exception. Once we get clarification, we will share with the group.

Thanks,
Scott Rakestraw
