Back in the RCX I think there was a block that was a sort of Y so that you could have two things happening at one time.  I am thinking as the robot is moving forward with the two motors turning wheels, I would want the third motor to be raising an arm at the same time the robot is  rolling forward.  I can't figure out how to do this on the NXT.  This is a step I wanted to show to my team to see if they could figure out how to use it to solve a problem they may run into soon.
