I would like to reiterate Karen’s request for help.

If you’re available this Saturday it would be a great experience for any new coach to serve as a judge or referee.  You’ll learn a lot and make a very valuable contribution to the DC teams.

Subject: [VADCFLL-L] Volunteers needed at DC-1 Tournament 11/14

Hello VA-DC FLL,
We are still in need of volunteers at the McKinley HS FLL tournament (DC-1) this weekend.  If you are an adult interested in getting to see a tournament from the other side, please consider volunteering (we're an all-volunteer group so we're always looking for help!).  There are openings for most positions but the most critical need is for judges.  This is a really great way to gain more experience into the judging aspect of the program.  It is not a conflict of interest for a coach to judge as long as they are not judging the the kids in the same division as their team at the same tournament so please do consider this.
