Hi All:

The Society of Women Engineers Annual Conference is coming to Philadelphia October 27th-29th at the PA Convention Center.  This event travels annually to various coasts and this year we are very fortunate to have it on the east coast.  SWE chapters from around the country and the globe will be participating.

FIRST staffers and alumni will participate in workshops, promote SWE grant winning FIRST Robotics Competition teams, and (hopefully) hold a FIRST Robotics Competition demo on a 1Ž2 field over the 3 day period.  The plan is to have FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge (local) teams demonstrating their robots in the exhibit hall, handing out materials and promoting participation in the program.

Please feel free to share with your teams as you deem appropriate. Note that there is a nominal fee for participation and pre-registration is required.
