It doesn't matter how many missions your team can solve. Seriously. My
first year my team could solve one mission about fifty percent of the time.
When we got to the tournament we tried that mission on the practice table
and it wouldn't work at all. But then something amazing happened. They all
got really motivated and focused and they fixed the problem with that
mission as well as figured out how to do a few other missions. By the end
of the day I think we did four missions. Every single kid felt like they
had won first place with what they had accomplished that day. Teams do go
to the table for an official run and come back with zero points. But it's
not a big deal. They will be a little deflated, but they get over it pretty
quickly.

So I'll say it again: go to the tournament no matter how many missions your
team is solving.

Good luck!
