No, what is described below is not allowable.

Having an extra LEGO piece (D03 Equipment) in the Training and Research
area is fine.

Strongly attaching Mission Models to anything else is not permitted.  See
R11, Mission Model Handling:
-- If you combine a Mission Model with something (including the Robot), the
combination must be loose enough that if asked to do so, you could pick the
Mission Model up and nothing else would come with it.

  So, attaching the disc-shaped Manure Sample to a flat board is probably
not allowed.  There are other ways to keep things from rolling away, of
course, that don't require the pieces to be attached to each other.
