Just bouncing some ideas...

Talking with Tyson's Mall, maybe the lower lobby area in front of Macy's?
Maybe early in day October 27th?
Admission fees (optional) a can of non-perishable food for the local food bank.
The format would be to play a round, then for teams to share each robot in a conference area, with a guided interview. (an adult to ask questions and help the team explain)
Each team would receive 3 bright pieces of paper, called compliments. Each team would pick which other team to give compliments to. The compliments could be called most awesome attachment, most helpful sharing, most amazing navigation, or something similar.
