Scorekeepers are volunteers, too, and aren't usually familiar with the
details of judging and the awards process.

Plus, they may not have understood the spreadsheet formulas...which
are not clear at all.  Sometimes trying to explain why a team is
ranked high in Round 2 while displaying a low score generates some
creative ideas...
