There is no rule so I will tell you my opinion based on my experience. You should go with one poster that demonstrates Core values, Project and Robot programming. Since it will have less space, you will be forced to put the best info to present to others. Others will remain interested as well because they would be planning to look at several teams spending few minutes with each team.
When cutting materials short, plan to have some content that creates curiosity so as to start conversation with your team. Other content could be self explanatory on its own. One person on my team came up with really brilliant idea about helpful hints for robot programming. You may do the same and tell others some tips & tricks that your team learned.

Are they sufficient or do we need anything extra ?

   - Poster
   - Binder with detailed problem identification and solution
   - Brochure for quick reading
   - Presentation
   - Skit - each team member will act and communicate the proposed solution

Do we need separate posters for Core values, Project and Robot programming or can we combine them into one single poster?
Thanks,
Prashant Team : Incredibots
