Interruptions are allowable by D08 and R10 at any time.

   -

   You may Interrupt the Robot any time.


"Steadying" the robot should be treated as an Interruption (since the team
is interacting with the robot) even when completely in Base, and the team
should re-launch the Robot.  There is no Penalty if the Robot is completely
in Base.

  The FLL Community can probably provide best practices to try to minimize
lurching when the robot starts.
