Hello Everyone,

SAIC will be hosting a FIRST(r) LEGO(r) League Workshop on Thursday, September 12th from 6:00PM to 9:00PM in the McLean Towers Conference Room which is located at 1710 SAIC Drive McLean, VA 22102.
Nick Swayne, FIRST(r) Operational Partner for the State of Virginia and Washington DC, will lead the session along with Dustin Skelton, Assistant Director of Virginia/DC FLL.[cid:image004.jpg@01CE9FE4.A5824160]  Nick and Dustin will go over the basics of the program and the following four elements in detail: teamwork, research, design and robot performance. They will discuss all the missions on the Nature's Fury field and some basic problem-solving strategies. Then they will wrap things up with a short discussion on programming to familiarize new coaches with the programming environment.
