When I am a judge, I open the door, welcome the team as they are entering,
and, when the last person enters, then say, "I am starting the clock now."

This year's project Challenge requires:

   1.

Set up and complete your presentation in 5 minutes or less with no adult
   help.

So practice both setup and speaking to finish in a total of 5 minutes. You
want to give the judges plenty of time to follow up with questions to
ensure that they can fill in any areas of the rubric that you haven't
completely covered.
