I'm not sure what the game maker's intent was, but as long as those two conditions are met at the end of the match, they both count. Outside of violating other rules (e.g. Taking models apart), it doesn't matter how it happens. They don't want to spell out getting to the "final black line" because the rules generally aren't about HOW to accomplish things. There are a few "method constraints" this year, but the truck isn't one of them.

In the linked YouTube video, it looks like the yellow bin is still over the end of the guide and thus not completely east of the guide.

If scoring both 50+60 is possible simply by detecting that final black line and stopping at that point.. that REALLY needs to be spelled out as a goal. Trying to decipher intent through cold hard rules is very difficult. Our season is over and we're still just now (as a group) deciphering intent of the mission goals.

It's a fine line, but the cab of the truck can be on the truck guide while the bed of the truck with the yellow bin is completely east of the guide. That should get the 60+50.
