Start is the beginning of the round. One the round starts the team DOES NOT
WAIT for anyone to tell them what to do. They pick up a robot out of base
and take a penalty or they grab the robot when it is in base (crosses the
boundary to base) and then reconfigure and go again on the next run or they
repeat the last run as they decide.

2.5 minutes go real quick.

There are several rules about what you can touch and not touch. You cannot
touch the missions or other objects outside of base. If your robot drops an
attachment and it is not an obvious accident then you cannot pick it up. If
you send the bionic eyes out and want to try again, the robot has to
retrieve one of them.
