Since most Regionals are held at schools, I wouldn't count on being able to
get on the school's WiFi (unless your child attends that school, although
even then it might be down-and there won't be anyone around to restart it).
As Ralph suggests, don't count on it. I wouldn't even count on using a
cellular connection, as many rooms have weak signal.

I was referring to the championship tournament venues. 

For local tournament information, you should contact your tournament
director.
