Good afternoon!!

FLL Coach Workshop

Leidos will be hosting a FIRST® LEGO® League Workshop on Friday, September 11th from 5:30PM to 8:00PM at 11951 Freedom Drive, Reston, VA.  Check in (with photo ID) at the Leidos Lobby, which is on the first floor at the security desk.  The badge you receive will allow access to the sister building, 11955 Freedom Drive.

Nick Swayne, FIRST® Operational Partner for the State of Virginia and Washington DC, will lead the session along with Dustin Skelton, Assistant Director of Virginia/DC FLL.[cid:image002.jpg@01D0DE72.F5A4F150]  Nick will go over the basics of the program and the following four elements in detail: teamwork, research, design and robot performance. They will discuss all the missions on the Trash Trek field and some basic problem-solving strategies. Then they will wrap things up with a short discussion on programming to familiarize new coaches with the programming environment.

Workshop is for adults only and it’s FREE!  Hurry and sign up!!!  You don’t want to miss this workshop.
