Matches are open to all observers. Judging sessions are only open to
2 coaches and an historian with a camera. Depending on the event
location and the schedule for the day, team members can leave the
premises between matches. Observers have no rules about comings and
goings; team members and parents thereof are subject to what the
coach decides.
