I have been told that, this year, you don’t have to purchase the challenge set (the new name for what was previously called the field setup kit). Last year, you had to but that policy has changed. I believe the shipping and handling charges everybody is talking about are for the engineering notebooks and team meeting guides that ship with every FLL team registration this year.
