On the tournament day every team is given the *possibility* for 5 minutes
to present their research results to a selected jury.

1. Does the children get full 5 mins for presentation or judges Q & A is
included in this 5 mins? If latter, what is the actual time allowed for
presentation?

2. "Possibility for 5 mins" in above statement - Why possibility? is 5 mins
not guaranteed?
