Watt Bots, thanks for your question!

I think that you are asking about the mysterious items in Bag 9.

The Model Overview file with the building instructions at
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.firstlegoleague.org_season-23resources&d=DwIFaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=k6Oa5GxfBPFMgGjb2r5QIoEOeBZs9xbNIpA0kLw_kFQ&m=ZjTpVr_jMJV3XcFZEe9ztWSqaqfRyBbNzBFtJ4dt4aw&s=pDaW4Soe3_JumhHvzqR4r9ydYMdUatN0aFU1y2ZcHcI&e= calls those Colored Health
Units and Season Tiles, but they aren't listed in the Field Setup or the
Missions.

Since they aren't listed in the Robot Game Rulebook, they aren't actually
part of the game, like the Coach Pins from Bag 1. You can use the Colored
Health Units as spare parts, if you happen to lose one of the green ones.
(The green Health Units are the "correct" ones, because rule R24,
Information Ranking, says that we can believe the pictures if they don't
conflict with the text. The Robot Game text never says that Health Units
are green, right?)

Actually, there was a game reveal a couple of weeks ago for the FLL
partners (like JMU for Virginia-DC), and they mentioned that there was a
bag of parts for the team to use however they like, so there really isn't a
purpose. But it might be cool for future teams to collect a set of Season
Tiles for every year that they've been in FLL and make that part of their
Robot or a piece of equipment.
