Can attachments be extended to the home area as the robot being launched?

   - No. Rule 21 requires " 21. Launch READY SITUATION: Your Robot and
everything it’s about to move or use ... must fit completely in the Launch
Area and measure no taller than 12 in. (30.5 cm) " The Launch Area does
not include Home, so anything attached to the robot has to fit inside the
boundaries of the Launch Area in order to have an a valid Launch.
   - Once the Robot is Launched, then it may move outside of the Launch
Area, and it may extend any part into Home, into the Field, over the wall,
   etc.

For mission 12, do teams automatically get 15 points for the white block
that’s already in the white circle (assuming it doesn’t get pushed out of
the circle)?

   - Referees never say that anything is automatic ;-) Yes, the white
block in the white circle starts in scoring position, so if it is still
there at the end of the Match, then it is worth 10 points for matching the
circle color, and 5 points for height.
