One more question!

On the various tasks when the rule says that energy units must be within
the area, unless specifically called out, does it count if the energy unit
is on the robot or another piece of equipment at the end of the match and
are not touching the mat?

For example, for placing the innovation model in the center, if the energy
units are loaded on to the innovation model, but not touching the mat.

Thanks so much!
Scott
