Motorcycle wheels aren't cheap.

A good place to start, as mentioned above, is BrickOwl or BrickLink:

You need to factor in shipping and quantity available from a single source.

An alternative (though they're not quite as large as motorcycle tires) is
to join two train wheels together as described here:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.masteringlegorobot.com_&d=DwIFaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=k6Oa5GxfBPFMgGjb2r5QIoEOeBZs9xbNIpA0kLw_kFQ&m=2rX3jhuLEDAcouCaV29aQSdXL51Jd0fr0BuaDDo2kus&s=82aygShp8ialSTV9yHG4QKnpnjX9vc8ucKe3EgZLmwk&e= They're cheaper, easier to find and
came standard in the blue/white NXT education kits.

Also, I'm referring to the entire unit "tyre and wheel" as tires here. I'm
lazy. You'll need to buy the wheel too:
