Yeah, noticed that badly behaved robots can make the whole team very sad.

Not sure if this helps, but I noticed most issues with such behavior is
caused by one of 2 problems
1. Battery is running out. This makes for most unexpected behaviors. So,
make sure you have it charged before you retry.
2. The robot has some obstacle in the way of its run. Either the wheels
don't have good clearance, or there is something loose, or a loose object is
interfering. Make sure to check the robot upside down and press the pieces
together so everything is in place and is balanced. ( see Jin's notes about
center of gravity today).
