Subject: Incomplete FSKs – Possible Action Needed

Hello US/Canada Partners,

As many of you are aware, some of this season’s Field Setup Kits have been shipped without all of the components needed to build the models.  The issue centers around bag 9 and the individual bag containing the green flat panels -see attached pictures.  Based on the information received Friday 8/28 at 9 a.m. preliminary analysis shows that ~196 FSKs will have this problem. It is known thus far that these FSKs have been shipped to the US, Chile, & Japan.  We ask that once you know for certain that a FSK is missing the needed components please use the process below to replace that missing bag.

§  MUST CALL (no website)  1-800-422-5346

§  Mention FLL and you having a missing bag #9

§  The Field Setup Kit number is 45801.

§  Your missing #9 bag is item number 6134513 (if it is the bag with the green flat panels)

§  Offer your ship-to information. There should be NO CHARGE.(this is not the same LEGO where you ordered the FSKs thus won’t have your shipping info)

§  This will most likely take at least 7 business days.



In order to ascertain the source and scope of this problem we need for you to provide us with information included on the package label from your FSK box(es) – we only need this information from boxes containing FSKs with incorrect/missing Bag 9.
