Yes, there are no restrictions on any Mission Models being Transported to
Base this year.

R13 applies to Launch the robot and objects out of Base again.  Remember
that

"Your Robot and everything in Base it’s about to move or use is arranged by
hand as you like, all fitting completely in Base."
