If the Robot appears to damage a Mission Model while in the process of
creating a scoring condition for a Mission, then the Referee has to make a
judgement call:

-- was there a problem with the Model setup/construction? If so, Benefit
of the Doubt.
-- was the damage not related to creating the scoring condition? If so,
Benefit of the Doubt
-- was the damage clearly caused by the way that the Robot created the
scoring condition? If so, no points for the Mission.

   1.

   R17 - Field Damage

   • If the Robot separates Dual Lock or breaks a Mission Model, Missions
obviously made possible or easier by this damage or the action that caused
   it do not score.
