Daniel,
Each tournament will differ though my experience is that they are all similar. Each will send out details directly to the registered teams -- usually about two weeks before the tournament plus updates in the days leading up to the tournament.
Here is a sample from last year's tournament (modified by me to add specific estimated judging session times for our team for illustration purposes):

Subject: [VADCFLL-L] Tournament Day Schedule

Hi everyone!

I am a new coach preparing my team for the Tournament Event in Norfolk. I am trying to determine the best way to handle the logistics side of attending the competition, and I think some of the other new coaches may be dealing with this matter as well. What I would like to know is this:

1. When should my team arrive at the event?

2. One of my team member's parents registered her electronically using the  STIMS system at www.firstinspires.org while all the other parents turned in paper registration sets (Registration, Consent & Release Form, etc.). Will the officials honor the STIMS electronic registration, or will I need to have this team member turn in paper form like everybody else?

3. When is the event scheduled to end?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
