"LEGO" is printed on almost every LEGO piece somewhere, except for really
small pieces.  So, if it says Lego on it, you wouldn't have a problem at
all.  If it doesn't say Lego on it, but it looks and feels like a Lego, I'd
probably still use it if I was sure it was a Lego piece.
