Hi Gina,

While I can certainly understand feeling like coaching a team is complicated or overwhelming after attending an Expo, trust me when I say you are selling yourself short by feeling that you are not capable of starting your own group.  I have coached a Jr.FLL team for my son for the past two years and it is a completely manageable task.  Truly - anyone can coach a Jr.FLL team!

I am also happy to share the information packet that I prepared for parents to set expectations for their involvement.
