Is your FIRST LEGO League  JR team is ready to share their work this season?  FLL JR teams can attend any of the FLL JR Expos in the area (MD, DC, VA).


A FLL JR EXPO scheduled in Doswell, VA for next Saturday, February 13, during the Virginia FIRST TECH Challenge Championship Tournament.  Refer to details below...

When: Saturday, Feb 13 2016

Where: Event Meadow Park in the Farm Bureau Building (State Fairgrounds)         Hall A (West side of building, enter Gate 3) 13191 Dawn Blvd, Doswell, VA 23047

Time: 10am - 1pm
The expo details: Each Jr FLL team will have a table to showcase their LEGO model and Show-Me Poster.  Teams will be given materials to make a team flag for a parade of teams.  Teams will have time to talk with reviewers,  family, friends and other teams.   There will be a High Five Ceremony at the end and where all team  members will be recognized with a medal.

Registration Cost:  $25 to cover the cost of medals for team members
You may pay by paypal at time of registration, pay by check in advance or pay at the door the day of event.

This event is in conjunction with the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) State Championship Event.  There will be 52 High School/Middle School teams competing with their mid-sized robots to become the state FTC champs. Be part of this amazing event and stay for the day to see the FTC robots in action playing FIRST Res-Q!

For those of you who attended the FLL JR EXPOs last season at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA -- please know that the same type of large FLL JR EXPO event will take place on April 9 at the Xfinity Center, University of Maryland, College Park Campus.  There will be 2 FLL JR EXPOs on April 9 to be held during the FIRST Chesapeake District -- FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) -- Championship Tournament.  Registration for the April 9 FLL JR EXPOs are now open!
