Would you mind letting us know the source?  It's a powerful image, but
on posting it to another online community several people questioned its
"reality" and claimed it might be photoshopped.  (Not that the issues it
speaks to aren't any the less real or pressing).  I couldn't find it on
a cursory Google image-search.
