I would strongly recommend Lauie Shrage's paper  "Prostitution and the 
Case for Decriminalization". /Dissent/ (Spring): 41-45. It's reprinted in
Prostitution and Pornography: Philosophical Debate about the Sex Industry
By Jessica Spector
Published by Stanford University Press, 2006
