Dear Colleagues--

I am developing a course on the philosophy of gender and race. The emphasis will be on the social ontology of each, separately and together, and of course the political dimensions of these constructions. While much work will consider gender and race in a US/North American context, I will be considering transnational examples, esp. from Latin America and the Caribbean. If you have suggestions for reading materials or other ideas, please send them to me off-list.

Best regards--

Crista Lebens
