Has anyone experienced an error with Mindstorms that prevented them 
from downloading their programs to their robots?  We are getting this error:

LEGO MINDSTORMS Education NXT Software has encountered an error...

A required file is broken

Ensure that the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Software is correctly installed.

Reinstall the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT driver on your computer.

Error code: 1003

We now have 3 computers that have given us this error.  Each of the 
computers is being used with different programs and different robots.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
