Hello Everyone!

I'm super excited about this weekend's conference and looking forward to seeing everyone there. I'm especially grateful to the Program Committee, to our peerless leader Asha Bhandary, to Shay Welch, and to Christine Wieseler. The entire steering committee has been incredibly helpful and supportive. I especially want to thank co-Chair Gaile Pohlhaus Jr. for inviting me and trusting me to take this journey with her.

Here are some important last minute details:

The program is/has been being finalized and changing with regularity the last week or so. We think we are close to the final program posted here (in pdf form) -- http://www.afeast.org/resources/FEAST-2019-Draft-Schedule.pdf -- and here (in docx form) -- http://www.afeast.org/resources/FEAST-2019-Draft-Schedule.docx. We encourage you to take advantage of this electronic resource to save on material ones.

Because of all the updates, for a brief time this afternoon the posted schedule was wrong (having dropped all the events from Sunday). Check back often to make sure that you are looking at the most up-to-date version of the program.

To further facilitate access, there is also a google calendar that will contain all the program events, their times, and locations. It is not perfectly up to date but will be by Thursday. You can find that here: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/b/4?cid=ZmVhc3Rjb25mZXJlbmNlMjAxOUBnbWFpbC5jb20.

Finally anyone who'd like facilitate folks who prefer to read along with your papers by providing a copy, can also provide one digitally. We'll set up a dropbox for conference registrants only. Please just send the draft you'd like people to have access to us at: [log in to unmask]

Thanks again everyone! See you Thursday.

Jeanine
