Is there a scoring sheet for the teamwork, project, and robot design areas of the competition?

Update:  TapPoint has put up new versions of their handy PDF and
Excel FLL score sheets. These correct an error in the scoring
criteria for the Multiple Passengers mission to clarify that the
four-passenger user-built device must be in (but not necessarily
touching the mat within) the round target area.
