Only if you can find twist ties made by LEGO!
Only LEGO parts may be used. I don't recall seeing LEGO twist
ties. However, LEGO kits do contain rubber bands, chains and
other bendy stuff that might suffice. Just make sure it's a genuine
LEGO part.

Are twist
ties allowed on the robot? We would like to know if we can use them to
keep the wires that connect the motors to the brick from catching on
the wheels.
