If it is a speed and power issues the only thing that comes to my mind is the power source. We purchased a new rechargeable battery this year and we were swapping out old battery and new one. When ever we used the new one the robot got a huge power boost. So we stuck with the new one from that point going forward. At tournament we used a touch sensor to ride the wall to the other end of the table, we used a diffrent type of paint for the side walls and the more tacky paint at tournament was messing us up. A redesign of the touch sensor led to solving the problem, but it worked great in practice. Mike WAFFLEBOTS! Team 7574.
