Here's a really useful one on cascading.

It doesn't tell you how to build things and meant for the programming side instead.  I suggest using the cascading one to build a robot that you control the touch sensors for.  You can either make a remote control robot that you touch, or you can attach the sensors to the front of the robot and give it commands.
        People were helping my kids and me master that one just a few weeks ago!  
  Since the Lego competition has allowed color sensors for the first time, and the challenge is food- we can assume color sensing will be involved.    If you have colored sensors, my recommendation is to try working on those & to do a pick up object task.
