12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Chef Demonstration & Lunch

See a Live Chef Demonstration, learn about food safety in the kitchen, and enjoy a green lunch made from local, seasonal, and sustainable foods

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Farm Tours

Learn how science and food safety play a role in farming with a tour of The Farm at Walker-Jones, a half-acre urban farm brimming with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and honeybees
