we were missing lots of gray bars too.  fortunately we were able to cannibalize from our own stash, but would have been in a spot if we just had to wait for them to come in in the reorder...

I was surprises this year, not by the extra parts, but the lack of correct parts!  I would have thought it was a fluke of bad bagging, but I have two teams and both teams were missing vital parts- mainly the grey bars needed to put things together, but also other parts.  We had to pull from our private stash more than I have ever to replace parts before.  I was rather disappointed!
