The Tech support at LEGO Education is AMAZING!  We just had a major brick lapse and called them.  The tech person talked us through the solution and it works again now.  Phew! Just wanted to share that if anyone has an issue, you should definitely call tech support at LEGO Education.  They are super helpful!!
