Coaches,

I have an 11 yo boy * DIV 1 * who wants to join a team.  He has been observing my team, has taken programming classes, and is eager to get on a team!  I am MAXED at 10 and I don't know if it is too late for him to join a team and I can't have him offer help in any way as it is a violation of the rules.  He is located in Northern Orange VA and his parents are willing to go into Spotsylvania (North/East) or Gordonsville (South) or Culpeper (West).
