I have got a team number from FLL with 4 dights and I am trying to register for regional tournament and getting error as 
You have entered a team number that is not registered with FLL. Please check to be sure you entered the correct team number. 

Do I have to add "0" at the beginning?

championships then it's another registration fee.  You must register
