Yeah, I was bummed pieces were missing from our set, but, like you said, at least they were easily replaced. The Body Wars set was missing bars- of different lengths; not so easy to replace!  It happens every year- and you get those little bits of extra pieces.

I had the same concern, and found that we had over 15 missing pieces but was able to find them in the robot set kit, too.
