Katherine,

You don't mention if you're using a Mac or PC based computer.  There is a known problem with Mac that I can help you with.  The same process may work with the PC, but I haven't tested it.

Can you post details about your device?

My NXT 2.1 software all of a sudden won't open on the computer.  It tells me "a required file is broken" and gives me an error code 1003.  I have uninstalled and then re-installed the software and it still won't open up.  Any thoughts?
