Thanks to all of you who responded in time. Even though we ordered a new pack, we did charge the robot overnight and also switched off Bluetooth. That has resolved the issue for us. Thanks again. My experience has been that when the battery starts to die, it's time to replace it. FWIW, our annual FLL budget now includes the funds to buy a new battery each year. John -- John J.
