Not a problem, Medhini. Just make sure that you have turned in his consent form and that his name is on the team information sheet.

    I've one team member who is arriving at 12 for the Regional tournament due to a conflicting Martial black belt testing.
Just wanted to run by you to check if everything is fine with it. I do understand he'll miss the practice run and 1 competition run.
But they say it is inevitable and they won't reschedule that for him. The other team members will carry it forward.

My team of 7 kids has practiced  either with/without this team member. We'll be happy if he joins us soon.
