My teams sometimes had pictures of the robot with the design components or attachments they wanted to judges to remember circled or called out.  Also having a few programs printed can be helpful.  Remember judges want to see the kids work, not yours and if you give them a book they won't look at it. they just don't have time.

But a few pictures might help.

For core values a team picture or something for them to remember the team by.

None of this is required.  And sometimes these things are ignored. But if it helps a judge remember a notable team.......
